Three Year Olds

3yrolds2

Our 3-yr. old class promotes curiosity in learning.

We love to give the children opportunities to experiment

and participate in their learning.

Your child will learn about the world around them through seasonal units and thematic learning.  They learn to recognize colors, shapes, rhymes, and environmental print through activities, observing and stories.  Equally important, they will learn how to play with each other and how to use “their words” and actions appropriately when in a group setting. Our Preschool is built on the idea that learning important basics is fun!

Ari is so excited every day when he gets to Zion, so much so, that he runs down the hall happily yelling “hi” to everyone he sees and leaves us in a trail of his “dust”.  Zion has been a wonderful addition to his life. — Metivia

We deeply desire to facilitate growth and readiness in the areas of intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development. Our rooms are configured with learning centers where your child is encouraged (with adult supervision) to participate in the learning process. These learning centers include puzzles, dress up, open-ended art, color exploration, light tables, and writing centers that expose your child to subject areas such as math, science, reading, and geography. Along the way, laughter and play are experienced and is a valuable way for your child to grow and become excited about school. Our 3-Yr. Old’s program prepares our children for the life-long and enjoyable experience of learning!
